“Painting is a passion I’ve had since an early age and I feel fortunate to have opportunities to continue to apply this medium to current design projects.”
Normal Rockwell played a heavy influence on my early years as a painter and illustrator. This is one of my very first acrylic paintings on canvas when I was 13 years old.
This painting was inspired from a George Washington statue in Morristown National Historic Park and was sold at action as one of the Top 100 entries for the “Arts For The Park” competition created by the National Park Academy of The Arts.
I composed a photo of the Rick Grimes figure from The Walking Dead series and then digitally painted it.
Illustration collage I created to promote the series of Walking Dead figures.
Caricature I created of Daryl Dixon from The Walking Dead.
“Spawn over time - from colorizing an original black and white illustration from Todd McFarlane (left) to applying a stylized oil painting look I created digitally (right) from a photograph of a figure for the Spawn Series 29 packaging.”
